You are responsible for complying with your local business and advertising laws. We assist where possible but are not legal advisors.
3. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide access to platforms, credentials, and data necessary for service delivery.
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes.
- Refrain from requesting or promoting unethical or illegal digital marketing practices.
- Ensure content provided to us does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
4. Payment Terms
- Services are billed upfront unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
- Monthly recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled 7 days prior to the next billing date.
- Refunds are not issued for completed work, including partial work already commenced.
5. Data Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All data you share with us is:
- Handled per GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and Australian Privacy Principles where applicable.
- Never sold or misused.
- Stored securely and only used for service-related purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Results & Guarantees
Digital marketing outcomes vary based on industry, competition, and other factors. Therefore:
- No specific outcome (e.g., rankings, ROI, traffic) is guaranteed.
- We do not engage in black-hat or manipulative practices to “trick” search engines or platforms.
Our commitment is to use best practices and stay updated with evolving guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Global Reputation Guru is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
9. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate services with 7 days’ notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments must be settled.
- Any deliverables created to date will be provided (upon full payment).
- We may retain records of service for legal and audit purposes.
10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
- Clients in the USA: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of USA.
- Clients in the UK: Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Clients in Australia: Governed by the laws of New South Wales or applicable territory.
- Other Countries: These Terms will be interpreted according to Indian law, unless otherwise agreed.
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to arbitration or appropriate court jurisdiction based on client location.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Updates will be posted on our website and, where applicable, communicated via email. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
